Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

There are three individual in the timeshare contract, Adelailda Williams, Gabriel Velez, and Josephine Flores.To summarize my complaint during the earlier call, Aaron Evans and Dakota Potter used deceptive tactics to get my 2 children and I to buy a timeshare. We three were promised Wyndham credit cards that we could use for regular everyday purchases in order to gain points and we were told we could use these points to pay for our maintenance fees. My son was promised an extra week of vacation by Aaron Evans. We all were awaiting the arrival of our credit cards until today when i received my first billing statement i called to inquire about the credit card only to be told there was none, there was only a line of credit to be used at the Wyndham club only, which is worthless to me. While i was speaking to the representative, she stated we agreed to have it charged but we weren't informed of how it would be charged. I personally never signed to open a line of credit with the club. At the presentation Aaron and Dakota told us the deposit would be able to be paid in interest free installments if paid within 6 mos. We understood that and agreed but was not informed it would be in the form of a credit account. We have made many attempts to discuss our issues and questions with Dakota and Aaron and have not received any replies back. Aaron Evans, the sales manager actually had the nerve to block my son when he reached out to him on Facebook. Dakota, I feel, used his and Aaron's misfortunes in life to draw sympathy from us to buy. Dakota told us Aaron's parents were murdered when he was young, they both were adopted. Dakota also told us he was badly injured in Afghanistan during the war and most all of his buddies were killed. In hind sight I feel all of these were tactics to draw sympathy and make the sale which is truly low and coercive. Aaron also coerced my daughter into adding herself to the deal claiming that they would only look at her FICO score to determine her approval and that the deal would be under better terms since her credit score was the best of us 3. He lied, she now has 4 hard inquires on her credit report which has caused her a deduction in points and she has worked hard to build her credit and wishes to buy a house one day. We were also told we could use our bonus points immediately only to find out that also was not true. I found out tonight that the availability of these points were determined by our down payment which we were not explained during our purchase. The things we were told were not in concurrence with the copy of the contract emailed to us. Our contract has "copy view" stamped in all the pages and doesn't seem valid. The thumb drive they have us was also worthless, it contains pages of licenses and disclosures of Wyndham business and nothing of our contract. I wish to cancel this contract because we were lied to and don't feel we can move forward with confidence and pleasure in this system. I realize the period of rescission has passed but the things we were lied to about were not evident until now. Also, to add my son and i both received letters of denial for the credit card we were promised. I also received a letter extending a club credit account for $2, 100.00 and a statement for payment due on $3,578.12. The denial letter states that my credit report was not used to determine their decision. I have contacted Wyndham multiple times to quit harassing us about purchasing more on the timeshare. There is a case we have open 162012120 where an Antonio Hood senior case specialist is supposed to contact us but never reached out for cancellation.
