I made a purchase for some shoes and they told me how much the shoes was, how much the shipment was, and so today they tell me that it's an extra cost of $250 for insurance that they never said anything about when they gave me the criteria of everything. So now I'm asking for my money back and they're refusing to give me my money back and I don't know what to do. So I'm looking for some type of help because that is a scam because y'all should have told me all this and I keep telling you how you didn't tell me this. All y'all keep doing is apologizing and apologizing but you're not trying to give me my money back, and they say the shipment place that they ship it to is holding it because of the $250, it will not give it back to them. So I don't know and I need some help because they need to be stopped. So where do we start?
