TV advertising AI dog I thought would be beneficial for our memory care residents. I ordered four hoping they would be delivered before Christmas 2025.

When finally received, very late, I realized I’d been scammed seeing how it was packaged then looking at the actual product.

I emailed the contact and was given the option to pay to send it back or they would credit me a fraction of my original purchase. I will not incur any more expense and I’m not willing to accept any credit other than my original expense.

This has been a very angering experience. I should have researched it better.

I recently saw a similar ad using a different company name.
