I ordered items from there site and received not those items and they will not refund me and emailed me to give items away they wont honor a refund when there own site wrenion says they do they said it costs to much to send baxk to china but the package i received is from California

I purchased a hoodie jacket for my wife for Xmas. What was delivered was a cheap not at all looking jacket that was cheaply made. I attempted to send back and they offered me a 30% coupon to order more crap they sell. And no their financial officer isnt sending any information on my return. I suggest to never buy anything ever from these scammers.

Ordered clothes based off description and pictures. When received items they were printed horribly sewn sacs nothing like the pictures at all that had detail, patchwork, trimming and shape/contour. They even printed the trim and the print was crooked and not even correct in many places when compared side by side. Then emailed for return they don’t respond for over a week and then give a generic response once they do and ask for proof of product issue that it may take awhile so if you do t hear from them then email back in a few days. I did twice and finally got a well return shipping is on you and very costly so accept 10% discount and keep items. I said no you committed consumer fraud I want a full refund and if you want your fraudulent merch back iou can send a label. They responded with 20% and give to a friend. I said I would rather turn them in to any avenue available than accept anything less than a full refund. I am uploading pictures of one item showing horrible printing
