I ordered a hoodie with my pets picture on it and I never received it I contacted the company about a refund and they said they will give me $7 out of $75 that I paid them and will still ship my hoodie to me it has been over two months and I still never received the hoodie or the $7 or the $75

There was an ad on Instagram. That had a mother's day picture with the children's hands grabbing mom's hand. I clicked on the ad and it let me change the kids' names to my kids names. It even had different colors. I could choose from, and when I was done it even allowed me to get insurance security as well. As vip shipping for my package. There was even a tracking number they provided for me and an app/website app i could follow my package. The app is called 17Track.

I have watched it for 18 days and it has even came to my home town and then was shipped hours away after that. Now it says it is coming back this direction.
