I inquired through a third-party website called world trademark registration, and they responded to me, and since have been harassing me constantly about my trade Mart, I just received a message from him stating this:

Hello

This is Mitchell Edwards from World Trademark Registration. I’m reaching out regarding your trademark application. "The Junior Rescuer"

There is another applicant filing for the same name, and their case is currently on hold. If we file your application now, your rights can be secured nationwide.

Please confirm if you’d like to proceed so we can act quickly.

I have seen mixed reviews some say they’re professional and others say it’s a scam and the fact I explained that I’m dealing with Cancer as a priority and they keep calling every day and now claiming someone else is registering for the business I asked about seems sketchy to me
