Scammer requesting a site estimate.
He claimed he had an agricultural enterprise, and wanted me to help with the domain and hosting setup, development, and ongoing maintenance. He sent the following to my email.
"Hi
I need you to check out this site as an example website but you’ll create something similar to this www.agroamerica.com
I want it to be only be informational site
so i need you to give me an estimate based on the site i gave you to check out, the estimate should include hosting. I have a private project consultant, he has the text content and the logos for the site.
Note:
1. I want the same number of pages with the example site I gave you to check excluding videos and blogs.
2. I want just English language
3. I don't have a domain yet but i want the domain name as WorldCraigfarms.NET
4. You will be updating the site for me.
5. I have a project consultant that will be providing the images, logos and content for the site
6 My budget is $4000 to $5000

It was upon googling his email that I realized he'd already been listed in a scam here. Please avoid this phone number and email.
