I ordered a shed from Wayfare back at the beginning of May and never received it. It was supposed to be delivered by World Ship Pro. My "first" delivery was denied by customers in California and I contacted World Ship Pro. They offered to send another package and this one had a status stuck at customs in California for a long time then it said it was delivered to my address which it never was. I contacted World Ship and they kept questioning me but would not show me proof it was delivered like a picture or the signature that was collected. Then I tried contacting Wayfare and they claim no responsibility because it went through a 3rd party and yet they took my money. Weird thing is that they have no proof of my purchase so they won't help me.
