Placed online order with Wooden Cork on 3/30/25 for 2 in stock, ready to ship items. This was my first interaction and order with this online company. On 4/9/25, after no shipping update, I reached out Wooden Cork online email support asking for order update. They responded 4/11/25 that they oversold both items and were awaiting more from vendor. I replied that I was confused because both items, even on 4/11/25 are still showing in stock, ready to ship. Their response was, this is common and will ship soon. I waited a few more days and reached out again to Wooden Cork on 4/16. Now they are ignoring my emails. I sent an additional request for update on 4/18 and 4/21 only to have all emails ignored. I have disputed with CC company.
