4.1.2025 I placed an order and payment was immediately processed via PayPal
4.9.2025 Requested shipment status via email. No response from seller.
4.10.2025 Requested to cancel order. Seller responded within minutes. Stated item had shipped, but could not provide tracking number.
4.18.2025 Requested tracking number via email. No response from seller.
5.2.2025 Requested refund to my PayPal account as item still had not arrived. No response from seller.
5.6.2025 Called the 1-800 number listed on contact page. Answering machine picked up. Left message.
A Google search of the store address made me aware that it is a residence, not a legitimate storefront. I regret that I did not do this prior to the purchase.
