Last week, one of my pots started leaking around the handles. No big deal, right? I figured I'd call customer service and get a replacement or repair, since they supposedly offer a lifetime warranty. WRONG. Their response? "No, we don't care," followed by a rude hang-up.
The representative, Renee, even lied and claimed she was both the manager AND supervisor, refusing to let me speak to anyone else. To make matters worse, she demanded I provide a receipt, which I do have—but because it’s THEIR PAPER AND INK that faded over time, she refuses to accept it.
So now I'm stuck with a broken pot that I can’t use, and my family is left without the kitchen gear I trusted to prepare our meals. I’m done with Wolfgang Puck products for good. They clearly don’t value their customers or their products. Don’t make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this brand.
