Moved a binder to my cart online and was storing my card info. SOMEHOW the order went through even though i didn't select a size. The merchant strung this process out for 2 months before i had a melt down and demanded a refund. They then only gave me a partial amd told me they charged me a $10 fee for cancelation........no. unacceptable
