I sent a very large email money transfer to their [email protected] address. They are saying they don't have it. My bank has confirmed that the money has been deposited and deposited in the EXACT SAME PLACE as previously successful transactions.

Their customer service is horrible and they stone wall their customers at the first level of support and won't allow you to speak with anyone useful. I'm a month into this now and haven't seen a dime.

I'm at my wits end. I don't think I will ever see my money again. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH WISE!
