I had purchased on Cyber Monday and a week after from the winstex app that advertise Macy's store close I went thinking I was on the Macy's site and I ordered like almost $100 in clothing for my husband and then a few days later I ordered another $100 of clothing for me and my daughter It stated that it was all clearance sales 90% off and that within 7 to 15 days we would have our items well Christmas came and went nothing came I emailed them they sent me a tracking and saying that you know you got to bear with them that it's coming from out of country when yet I ordered stuff from Sheen and teamu that was out of country and I got in a week but I didn't get this so I started doing research and that's how I found out today that it was a scam

Products were advertised as Macy's clearance. I placed 2 orders that came to just over $76.00 total. I never received any product. And when I asked for my money back, they started out with a 30% refund and gradually worked it up to saying they would give me a full refund. Said wait 7-10 days for it. That passed yesterday. Now when i try to contact them, it says the domain cant be found

Which means i have no product, no money and a very pissed off wife and daughter whose xmas gifts were supposed to come from them.

I ordered items early December..waited a month for said delivery. Tracked my packelage via track718 system. One day my tracking said delivered... I didnt receive my packages by hand. So i checked my property fence. Checked my car port area. My mail box. I asked my neighbors if the accidentally received my packages. No package!!

Reached out to [email protected]

Communicated a few fimes and when they offered to refund 30%...the email [email protected] stopped working so my emails were no longer going through. Went to the site and apparently it no longer exists. So it scary.

I received an email with a link to a website designed to look like a Macy's warehouse.

Received a receipt the a tracking number with a link. (https://www.track718.us/detail?nums=XY2387136907YQ&cb=4413&mail=6530)⇄ />
It all appeared legit until the tracking of package said delivered but nothing arrived so I looked for contact information and that's when I noticed they didn't have a phone number or location. I was a little surprised my package origin was China but thought maybe Macy's warehouse delivered out of country.

I did a little research and realized this is a common occurrence. They did take the money out of my account but the vendor was credited as LOOKFESTIVE. After I purchased once for the $24.17 and saw the tracking ifo I placed another order for $24.06 because it felt legit.
