Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad on Instagram for a company that is USA with USA made products etc etc veteran discounts the whole nine yards American flag logo United States logo and I felt good about ordering from them because of that I ordered two of the collars and one dog bed that fits on the console of your car for a total of $115.86 I waited two days for a tracking number and did not get one I sent an email and was given a tracking number When I clicked on the tracking number it took me to a different page and it said this tracking number does not exist I waited a day and tried again and it said it was a yen wen tracking number from China but no information was available. This was April 6th on 2022 when I ordered And I started looking the late night of the 7th and requested the tracking information on the 8th. I contacted the company via email because they say on their site they will contact you within one day I did not get a response for over a week and then it was a computer-generated response thank you we will get back to you soon I wanted my money back I wanted no product from them I called them out for lying about being an American company when they are not They are based in China They do not have a phone number you can call and every report that I have been reading is negative. I also got contacted by a woman who owns a kennel that said that she has a lawsuit against them because they used her picture and her name to do an endorsement for their product She never did so they scam from one end to the other. I have escalated my purchase through PayPal in hopes of getting a refund because I do not see getting a refund freely from them. And if you look at their website you will see that there are several link to them winkflow pets USA waggy USA so many that are linked to them and there's complaints on all of them and you'll see where it says there will be 25 comments but when you click on it there's none it's because they have blocked the people who are complaining. Do not buy from this company they are a scam from the word go and as the American veterinary association has said their claims about stopping fleas for 6 months with citronella and other things are not even valid and they are actually using chemicals in these collars which that in itself is fraud to the highest
