They are advertising and selling Winchester firearms. But they only except payment with bitcoins or Zelle. They never send you the gun. Just take your money. They almost had me, but I called the Winchester firearms factory and spoke with a customer service representative who informed me it was a scam. Saved me $1479.00.

I run a Firearm & Ammo Dept. for a retail store -FFL Dealer. We ordered a rifle for a customer and received a confirmation email with instructions to pay thru Zelle.
As a company we are direct with 28 Dist. & Manufactures. Every vendor takes company check /company CC / or Cert. check COD. After emailing and asking for a phone call to complete our transaction (explaining we would not do Zelle) all the emails asking for us to finish our checkout with Zelle STOPPED.

I don't understand how is possible that this website still operating. It is clearly a scam. I went through the exact same scenario yesterday when I tried to purchase a gun from them. It was my Bank actually who saved my [censored] along with $ 769.00. Thank you Bank of America. They called me right after I sent the money and did not approve the transaction. Shortly after I received a phone call from the bank warning me about the purchase and asked me if I still wanted to send the money after all the info they gave me.

I am sorry for those of you that fell victims of these scam. What is truly amazing is how clean and crispy that website looks. Very easy to fool anyone. The fact they do not have a number or allowed credit card purchases should be a give away.

Come on FBI! Where are you?

I was in the market to buy a Winchester 30-30 rifle. I Googled and came up with the website winchestergunstore.com. I looked at the website and it appeared to be legitimate. I ordered the rifle on 26 Nov 2022. I received an e-mail confirmation of the order #3041 from [email protected] on behalf of Winchester Gun Store. I received instructions that my order was received and that it would be processed as soon as possible. It said once the purchase is completed, the firearm gets registered immediately for delivery and to please confirm my preferred FFL shipping information. I was instructed to set up a Zelle account using an embedded link https://www.zellepay.com. I did not use the provided link. I already had a Zelle account set up through my bank. I then replied to the e-mail and asked how to add the FFL information. I figured that out online and updated the FFL information and asked for the Zelle information. I received an e-mail from [email protected] with instructions to Zelle the funds to [email protected] and to attach and send a screenshot or picture of the completed transaction for confirmation to [email protected]. This should have been my first clue when the only way to pay was using Zelle. Regardless, I sent the payment and provided a screenshot of the notification I received from my bank that Monserrat Villalobos received the payment, transaction number 13096807992 on 26 Nov 2021. I followed up immediately with an e-mail asking if they had everything they needed. I did not hear back. On 1 Dec 2021, I sent an e-mail requesting a status of my order. I did not receive a reply. On 6 Dec 2021, I sent another e-mail to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. Again, I did not receive a reply. To date, I have not received a response to my inquiries or the rifle that I ordered and paid for.
