COMPLETE SCAM. website with no address or phone number. AI generated family and shop photos. merchandise actually comes from China and is ugly and cheesy and nothing like the pictures. They will not process a return or a refund. if you insist you have to pay shipping to china which is as much as the item cost. instead of refund instructions they sent nine emails offering "store" credit gradually going up to 70%. i would not wash my dog with the dress; it is that hideous. the whole fake website leads you to believe they are selling merchandise out of their cozy Palm Beach store
