Report

I placed an order online on Oct 18 2026 for two items which I received on Oct 22, 2026. After trying them I noticed they were not as advertised so I started a return on their site for a refund. I received a response from them saying "sorry, your order is over 30 days so we cannot issue a return". So I took a screenshot of the order with the date and forwarded it back to them that it had not been 5 days since the original order was placed. They do not have a Customer Service phone number to call them so I am stuck. I feel like I was scammed. I have not heard back.
