Ordered a hand bag from what appeared to be a valid US website. Received shipment tracking information from a site called 17Track. Nothing appeared for about 10 days, then it said the item moved through US Customs, then said nothing for another 10 days, then said the item was handed off for local delivery, but it never came. When I asked the vendor for a refund I was told they couldn't until the item was delivered, but I also then received multiple emails from the vendor's customer service desk ("SilverCity") that the item couldn't be delivered and would I like to reorder with a 30% discount.
