Type of a scam Online Purchase

This place I accidentally went to their website thinking it was Willow Tree. I ordered an angel was guaranteed delivered by 6/22. No word no delivery and this was for a special occasion. Today Monday the 27th I called them. First call kept me on hold, then total silence. Second call briefly was on hold. The person called me pathetic was over talking me before I could get my frustration on the delivery out. He took upon himself to cancel my order. I called back again asking for a supervisor, which sounded like the same person, and I was told I called him an [censored]. I did no such thing! This is unprofessional and I think they are scammers, because lack of notifications. I have called Willow Tree to tell them that this resale establishment aren’t up to their standards. I was refunded only because I said I was reporting them to the BBB. When putting their info into your site you don’t recognize the city or business. I’m leary when a place has a suite number and only scammers get rude with you. They need better customer service.
