I bought a window online on June 9th. 11 weeks later I haven’t received a window. I emailed several weeks ago and they said they would email me back with a date. They never emailed back. I emailed several times after that with no response. I told them I would be disputing the transaction with my bank which I did on Friday August 15th if it didn’t ship by then. My bank is investigating.
