I received a FedEx envelope which contained the instructions to the “assignment” along with a check for $1,950.00. I knew this was a scam from the get home because I had received one similar just a few months prior. I ignored this new one until they contacted me through text message. I replied calling them out on being scammers and that I was not going to participate nor would’ve ever them any bank information. They had the audacity to respond with how they are legit and the FBI fully knows who they are and what they are doing. It always amazes me that these people really just think some of us are that stupid! I research everything and with this type of thing, I have more than enough hints to know that they are a scam right away!
