I made a purchase for 2 books as Christmas presents, payment was taken immediately. 3 weeks later I sent an email asking for an update, no response. Sent another email with again no response. Company takes your money immediately and never sends the merchandise.

This business (White Rain Book House) is not a real merchant. I placed an order on Nov 11, 2023. Sent an email regarding backordered items on Monday, Nov 13 and never received a reply. Sent followup emails during the week and attempts to cancel my order, but never received any responses. Items did not ship in the promised "5-8 days".
