I ordered a set of wheel adapters in December of 2020, received a email saying my package had shipped and it gave tracking info. I never received anything from them and when I sent an email asking about my adapters, I didn’t get any type of response or refund.

I went on their website to purchase some lug nuts. I received a confirmation text with an order number and link. I have checked the link that stated my order would be shipped within 1-2 business days. It has now been 6 business days and the order has not shipped. I have attempted to contact the company by phone and waited on hold multiple times for half an hour or more. I have also attempted to contact the company by email multiple times with no response. I am not the only person experiencing this type of problem from “Wheel Adapters USA” as there are pages of formal complaints that are similar to mine from other customers. At this point I am disputing the charges for a refund. This company is very unprofessional and lacks any service of any kind.
