I ordered two pairs of pants on 04/15/25 and received them on 05/02/25. I emailed them the same day received asking for a return/refund. The pants ordered were the same style just a different color; however, both pants were made of different material and one pair was shorter than thew other. Their website states their customer service will email back within 24 hours and I have yet to receive a reply with return/refund instructions. I sent a second email 05/06/25. Their website indicates the request for return must be made withing 7 days of delivery. This is upsetting to lose money.

I ordered an item that has been advertised all over the "Whole Body Massager Muscle Pain Relief Device" from Whalegrass, the item is junk, it charge only last max 12 minutes, and suppose to be for pain relief. I believe it's a knock off form a product made in USA. I contacted : [email protected] only to be given the run around. This product is selling for $28.99 each and it's not worth a dime. The advertisement was advertised on Snapchat for sunglasses. Still, they arrive damaged beyond repair and the company attempts to bargain with you to keep the glasses and offer very little money back in return for not having to ship a replacement pair ($7). I have a dispute with Paypal raised now to get a full refund.
