advertised on facebook as wayfair so I purchased using my credit card a chair/lounger. after receiving email saying it was on the way, then it never came. I emailed back and they didn't respond. I called Wayfair customer service and they said to look closely at the email they give to see if it has Wayfair in it and it doesnt. It shows @laddyshow.com. She said unfortunately that was a scam and might not get the merchandise. I want them investigated for stealing money and false advertisement

Spent money on a couch, it says delivered to WA but that was not my address. The customer service number is out of service and there is no way to reach them for a refund. My money was stolen.
