This establishment is really unprofessional. I applied for an apartment on their website and was told I would hear back the next day. After the time frame passed and I heard nothing, I emailed, texted, and called the property manager several times. No response. I then called the main office in which the representative was NO HELP. I told her I needed to reach the property manager and asked if she could contact her and she replied “if you called her, she knows.” No effort to try to accommodate my request, nothing. Then, right before 5pm the property manager texted me “sorry, the unit was leased today.” Wow. Guess what? The unit is STILL listed as available and anyone can apply. How is that not a scam? So even though a unit has been released, you still continue to promote it as vacant in which countless people will submit their application and pay $40 only to be told “sorry, it was just leased today.” Days later, guess what. The unit still says available. Complete scam and I would not recommend anyone to rent here.
