I purchased Christmas gifts last year from this company and never received them. Since then I have been in a back and forth battle with my credit card company about this payment. Because I will not pay for items I never received it has caused a dispute with myself and the credit card company. Including remarks to my credit report that is affect my credit standing. I’ve been in this battle for a year now. No one else should have to deal with the stress and anxiety this has caused on myself.

I went to their site to buy some shorts and they had good deals, but nothing to good to be true! Placed an order weeks ago and still have not received any update on the order. Come to find out I’m not the only one! They will say your order is complete but will never ship out your order! They will not respond to emails and there is no phone number to reach anyone. Website looks legit but they will take your money!

Placed $198.96 order/paid online via their website on 4/23/2020. Never received items. Cannot get a hold of anyone, their only listed phone number is disabled, no one answers emails, and shipment tracking numbers are invalid. I looked up the company and it is said West Louis is a fake company.
