I joined a Facebook charity group that offered a free item if you pay shipping. I paid the $6 shipping. I waited a month and didn’t get the shirt. I reached out and they stated it was an error on their website, they sent me a tracking number. The tracking number didn’t work. I reached out a few weeks later and they never responded. Two months later I haven’t gotten my items. Facebook reviews show many others with similar experiences.

I own a pet care service. There products come thru my social outlets. They claim to be a charity also. If you purchase shirts thru them, they donate some of the money to charities. So i purchased several shirts. Its been a month. No shirts, barely any communication. The 2 emails they did reply to were about inventory issues but that my stuff was in & would be shipped. Still havent received. 2nd email claimed some inventory missing but would be in & shipped asap. Still nothing. I have now seen under comment sections in their ad posts that lots of ppl arent receiving items or never have. Once they see these bad reviews they delete that post or review. Its happened everytime ive left a review about not receiving my items. They target pet people & claim to help with charities to entice us to help by buying their shirts.
