Type of a scam Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter Scam

I mistakenly tried to log onto a unsecure website for Wells Fargo Bank online. Got a message: "Your account temporarily disabled due to suspicious activity. We blocked your account to avoid suspension. Call support team 833-220-3116." The man had an Indian accent and said he was Wells Fargo Support. He then had me open Quick Support from my phone. He took over my phone, text messages and email. Then he got copies of my debit card and driver's license. Which he then downloaded 5 transactions at approximately $1050 to $1585 each. He tied up my email and texts for 45 minutes to give enough time to have MoonPay verify my identify and accept payments and place an order for the scammer. Also tried to use Zelle to get another $500 but was unsuccessful. Zelle: "(My First Name) Security has been added to your account. We will call 205-391-8738 to transfer payment to them" Zelle has an open account with my name and will not close it. The scammer said dont log onto Wells Fargo until 10AM tomorrow. Wells Fargo did not freeze my account to prevent the transactions. And by the time I contacted Wells Fargo by phone to close my checking account and debit card it was to late. Wells Fargo can not recover the funds because they said it was authorized by me. MoonPay does not care and will not refund.
