Scammer claimed to represent Wells Fargo Bank and accounts would be locked and money lost unless information was given "in the next 2 minutes"..."Mark Anderson" had a foreign accent and said he was working for the WF Los Angeles office but his physical address was 8th ST in Washingron DC.....supplied a phony WF Employee Number...called repeatedly...reported to the FTC
