A letter was sent acting as the bank Wells Fargo attempting to drive urgency to contact them regarding a home warranty expiration that has already passed. It states this is the final notice and highlights urgency keywords in bold and larger font. The print is askew and not formatted properly, and contains PII throughout the letter to prevent easily sharing online

Identifying information proving this is false are grammatical issues across the letter and information that is blatantly false based upon current knowledge of on-going events
