Reason for Dispute: Merchandise Not Received / Merchant Fraud

Transaction Amount: $66.87

Transaction Date: October 22, 2026

Merchant Name on Statement: Wellness Pour LLC (or matching entity)

Statement of Facts:

I placed an order with this merchant and received an order confirmation email. Immediately after ordering, I needed to modify the order and attempted to contact the merchant using the official phone number and contact channels provided on their website.

It has been 5 days, and the merchant has completely ignored all communication attempts and failed to provide any shipping updates. Furthermore, public consumer protection records (ScamPulse.com) reveal that this merchant's phone number is tied to a network of fraudulent e-commerce storefronts under multiple corporate names.

I have made a good-faith effort to resolve this directly with the merchant, but they are unresponsive in resolving this issue.
