I attempted to place a first time order for knee patches, the one box of ten patches was 14.90, the company immediately charged my credit/debit card 39.80, i noticed the charge within 5 minutes and immediately sent an email with the error, asking for correction and cancellation of said charge. They did not respond until the end of the business day saying that the product TEN boxes of patches had already been shipped. I wrote an email to this crappy company on february 7, 2026 asking for how to mail their products back to them and they have not yet responded to that email. I am a disabled senior on a fixed income, looking for a little relief from knee pain, please help me get my money back. thank you
