I ordered one knee brace from Wellnee website. I was sent 8 packs of knee braces plus something else I did not order related to pain relief. I have tried calling the number listed, to talk with a person about this transaction, but have not been able to be successful. The standard reply is "Call back later." Customer service is non existent. The number is 1-844-961-3766. Thank you, Karen Sharpe Fobear

I got on the Well Knee website and ordered some knee braces. The total amount billed was much larger than what I had ordered as additional items had been added. There was no way to cancel the transaction and I did not confirm the transaction and it appeared on my credit card. I never confirmed the transaction.

I ordered the product then I immediately cancelled the order. The website stated the item would not be possessed for 48 hrs. Then I received an email that I could cancel my order. When I confirmed that I wanted to cancel they stated it had been processed. Tried calling several times and was put on hold then the service disconnected my call each time. I just want a refund.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a knee brace for $25. Stupidly, I tried to order. Instead of a single knee brace, they also added a box of pain patches to that order. Then, 3 seconds later, another order was created with FOUR braces. All for a total of $100. I immediately emailed the company asking them to cancel both orders if I cannot have one single brace. Several hours later I received an email that it was too late and had already been shipped.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WELLNEE PATCHES! I placed an order for one order of patches and they charged for 2 orders of patches for an additional charge of 43.23. The original order was for $32.10. I emailed the company and they claim it’s an exclusive “upsell” offer when you press purchase. I wanted to try the patches for knee pain . But you tell me it’s an offer when you purchases one box is a scam. I never ordered $70 worth of patches I’ve never tried! The scam is they charged you for an “exclusive” upsell when you purchase one order. I’d like my money back from this company on the second box and for this company to be on a list for fraudulent sales! If you’re giving an exclusive officer and you have to pay that should be a choice for you to choose, not just charge someone a fee on their credit card!

I attempted to place an order for the amount of 29.95. Wellnee then charged my credit card 2 payments- 49.93 and 59.95. I attempted to contact customer service and there is not an opportunity to speak with a representative. When prompted to select to cancel the payment using the automated system the phone conveniently hangs up.

The company is called Wellnee, they offer you a product when you add it to your cart. Anothe offer pops up and ask you if you want to get this spectacular offer but the problem is there is no where that let you know or to click to avoid all of the offers. I purchased 1 box of an item for 17 dollars and when the transaction was over I was charged 22.80 plus 39.90. It added 4 extra boxes to my order. There is no way I would have made a purchase that large with a product that I had never used before not knowing if the product actually worked. I opened a case with paypal they didn't give me my money back because the company shipped my order. I reached out to the company now they are saying they cannot give me a refund. But it says on the website they give refunds.

The minute I saw the charge I called the number that was provided it was from a foreign country and it did not work. It was another number on the website no one answered it. I called 4 times I left a message each time and was told they would call back they never did. Also I after I ordered it was a different website with the second number on it. The website I ordered from didn't have a number on it. The first number I called was on the paypal website. So if you see this name wellnee do not order from it!!!!They sell patches for knee pain. I was able to get the 22 dollars back through paypal.

Placed an order online via my cell phone on trywellnee.com and only requested one box of knee patches that totaled $16.12. When I saw I was being charged for more than I requested, I exited out of the website. I WAS STILL CHARGED the $16.12 AND an additional 4 boxes at $39.88!! I had previously ordered from Wellnee and was overcharged, but I had lost the site on my phone and had to find it again; consequently, I thought the overcharge was my fault because of the issue I had retrieving the site again. The patches worked, which is why I placed this second order. However, when I found I was being overcharged again, I "x'ed" out of the site WITHOUT authorizing or filling out any type of form indicating I wanted to place this erroneous order. By using a previous credit card WITHOUT my authorization is ILLEGAl and deceptive. I reported the matter to my credit card bank, and they are in the middle of investigating and attempting to get back my $39.88. While on the phone with the bank on this matter, the bank called the company while I was on the line, but the phone went straight to voicemail. I left a message. I was contacted the next day via email at [email protected], and in summary it said...rather than returning the 4 erroneous boxes, keep them and they would send a 40% partial refund!!? I have not responded yet. Will reach out to my bank with this new info so that they can note their investigative records. This company is a scammer and should be shut down. I also reported Wellnee to my state's Attorney General's Office. It really is a shame, because their product worked well for my knee. Don't know why they are so deceitful and fraudulent in their ordering activities?!

I ordered 1 box of 10 patches for my bad knees. ($20.70) then trying to checkout, I was charged for another order of a box of 40 patches (38.80). I tried to edit my order which wouldn’t go through. Then I emailed them of my complaint, to get a reply a 40% refund on the larger order I didn’t want. I tracked my order and it said it was delivered on 11/05. I ordered it on 11/06. It’s now 11/11 and no order yet. I’ve been scammed. Help please!
