I ordered a statue at the end of February, it is now may and the confirmation stated 2 weeks.
I’ve attempted to email them and have not even gotten a response.
It’s a shame because I was very eager to receive this as it looks like a decent product, I hope this can be resolved amicably as I simply want my product.

This business was originally called Nani Gang but changed their name recently to weeby anime. I ordered a resin statue from them and never received it but they took my money anyway. I have been emailing them back and forth for about 7 months and I just get auto generated responses and no customer service help at all. Just keep saying they needed 10 more days.
