Type of a scam Debt Collections

Was sent an email from an agency called "WeCollect" contacting me about a debt for an "Online Web Support Service" with a company called "Forth Ridge LLC". WeCollect had my phone number, address, and partial card number. I contacted my bank, which also verified that they thought this was a scam. They wanted nearly $500 from me. This "failed payment" happened in 2019, and it is now 2021, so over two years before they began to try and collect. I have not called or reached out to them, due to instructions from my bank, and credit company. I have now received 3 emails (coming about every two weeks) trying to collect from me.

They claim to be a debt collection agency. Collecting a debt for computer repair. They contacted by email. Had my name, address, email address, cell phone number and partial credit card number. They are claiming to be collecting for a company called Fourth Ridge LLC, for some computer repair of a laptop, which never happened. These company's have no address', just a phone number and an email address. Same person that calls back but never answers the phone. They are claiming this is from 3/6/2019, almost two years ago. Never heard of either of these company's and never received any other information or a bill, as they are claiming for this so called service that was done.
