I have been trying to work with this company since December 19, 2024 they will not send me the merchandise. Will not send me a refund and I have no way of getting a hold of besides the website.

I ordered 2 Chunky Knit sweaters and after waiting over 2 months, I received 2 cheap polyester sweat shirts. They are not even close to being sweaters and they are unwearable. This was a complete misrepresentation of the merchandise that I was purchasing.

I ordered a sweater that was made out of cheap material. It’s not what I thought I was buying. I tried to send it back. They said that after I emailed them, they would respond with an address to return the item to. They never responded. There is no way for me to get my money back without returning the item. Even if I do return the item, I’m not sure they will refund the money.

The site promises full return of funds if the item does not fit or it is poor quality. The garment I purchased did not fit and was of poor quality. I then followed the directions for the return by emailing their customer support. I have emailed them no less than 5 times to try and get a refund. They will not give me an address. They keep saying they will give me a percentage off another purchase. They also want me to pay any shipping costs once they give me an address and will not return my money until they receive the garment.

I ordered 2 pieces of clothing on the internet from Wearshes.com. It has been well over a month. No notice of shipping, no order number and when I emailed ,no satisfaction.

I had asked to cancel the transaction, they told me they couldn’t cancel it. Mind you, the order hasn’t even been shipped yet, and they’re trying to charge me again to cancel the order. They won’t cancel my order nor refund me my money back and keep offering me a 15% coupon to proceed with the order.

I purchased what i thought was a sweater with embroidery. What i received was a very cheap sweatshirt. The "embroidery " was so poorly printed, you could barley see the print. I tried to get a refund, and was told tgat due to the high cost of shipping back the item, they would offer me 15% off another item..FAT CHANCE! When i brought the item, they mentioned "easy returns ' HA!

the pictured and described sweater ordered was not what I received. an embroidered knit sweater was ordered and i received a cheap nylon sweatshirt with screenprints on it. contacted customer service there and haven't heard back from them 4 weeks after sending them the information they requested. Ever since ordering from them, my Paypal account has been blocking fraudulent charges
