I lost my home in November of last year. I had to move in with a relative and currently face homelessness again. Due to my many health conditions, I have had many difficulties finding work that suits my needs and accommodation purposes. What turned me to this position was the offer of work from home. I was contacted via email and phone number to join this opportunity. I received an interview and was asked days later to join. Everything appeared normal. There was a contact I signed, there is a website in correlation to this. The position was labeled order processor in which I would receive orders, open them and check them, and then I would send them back out after relabeling. At first, I was promised $3400 for completion and also in the first month, was told the materials I would need to purchase and so I did. Along with gas and travel expenses.

I am extremely saddened by this experience considering I gave my last to make this work. I have documentation of context points as well as any information necessary from the very beginning of it all up until recent when communication was cut off. Including my access to the site still in which orders were processed and I spoke with a curator. I can provide everything. Please. Please help me.

I applied on Indeed for this job and was set up to make a phone interview. I completed my phone interview and then was hired on with complete onboarding paperwork with a DocuSign form that included my driver's license and lease to my condominium. I then had to complete a 1099 form for this company as an independent contractor as a sales representative for the company. I then started to receive emails from the HR department giving me my trainer's name, email address, and phone number. Then I was sent a link in my email for the companies CRM app. I then was ready to begin my training which included training packets, training videos, training quizzes. Once I completed my training, I started to receive packages from this company that wanted check the packages for its contents and make sure that the products were correct and not damaged in the shipping process. Then I was supposed to take off all of the shipping labels and print out the new shipping labels from the company. I was to print a new packing list from my CRM and insert it into the package. I then sealed the package back up and took it to the correct shipping company (FedEx, UPS, USPS)

If I received a request in my CRM that requested me to pick up packages from the Apple stores at two Mall locations near me. These packages had my name attached for pick up. All I did was show proof of the information or scan code from my CRM and I was able to pick up the electronical items from the Apple store. Once I got those items home I was able to put them in a box with a printed out packing list and a new shipping label. And then I sent those items to FedEx. Everything seemed pretty reasonable. Pretty easy legit until it became payday, and The company stated that my check must have been lost in the mail. Then all of a sudden a detective arrives at my house stating that I'm under investigation for mail fraud. I showed them all of my evidence that I was employed by waytran from onboarding paperwork, training videos, my app, all of the saved shipping labels, saved packing slips of all of these names and addresses that were sent to me and they asked me to report this information to the better Business bureau as fraud.
