On December 10, 2024, I was looking for some pantry cabinets. I saw some for $39.00 each, so I clicked. I thought it was Wayfair's clearance outlet, so I ordered two. I have not, as of February 13, received any cabinets. I attempted to file a dispute with my credit card company, but the website insists that I can't file until I contact the merchant.

This company had a fake advertisement on Facebook that led me to a fake Wayfair site. I got an email of the purchase and a shipping tracking which did not work. The site did not work after they sent the shipping email. I sent them an email and got no response. I later saw they had other fake sites of other businesses. I reported it to Facebook, but they didn't remove the ads. I have been trying to contact my credit card company to report the purchase. It is very upsetting that people can get away with such a scam.

I WANT MY MONEY THAT ROMORYWUSD STERLING COMPANY TOOK FROM , I AM VERY PISSED OFF ON NOV.5,2024 THEY TOOK $50.47 FROM MY ACCOUNT THEN ON JAN. 16,2025 TOOK $19.99. JUST GIVE MY MONEY BACK TO ME. i DID NOT ASK OR DO ANY TRANSACTION WITH THEM AND THEREFORE WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK

I do not know why this was taken out of my account the total sum was $70.46 and I want it back. On these dates Romorywusd Sterling Company took money out of my checking account Nov. 5th 2024 $50.47 and Jan 16 2025 took $19.99. I never ordered anything never received anything and I want MY MONEY BACK NOW...

Mon mari a vu un fauteuil inclinable, il me dit c'est chez Wayfair donc je lui dit pas de problème ma soeur a déjà acheté chez Wayfair mais ce n'était pas le vrai site. On s'en ai aperçu trop tard. En plus le montant chargé sur le compte est en US donc le montant est plus élevé que prévu. Des voleurs ! Comment ce fait il que c'est site ne sont pas enlevé de Marletplace ? Aussitôt signalé, il devrait être bani.

I'm heartbroken. I feel completely violated. I purchased a recliner that has a lift, heated and massage for my 88 year old mother that needs it desperately. I had been looking at this chair for a little while but could not afford one. So when "WAYFAIR" advertised it on a clearance sale for I believe it was 75% off I jumped on it and purchased it. I have to find a way to get my money back. Unbelievable how sick and cruel these scammers are.! They need to be exposed and punished to the fullest. Thanks ROMORYWSUSD STERLING, CO for ruining my family's Christmas. I pray that you are stopped soon and that you don't get away with hurting anyone ever again. You are all [censored] Petty thieves!

They went under the company of Wayfair. Everything looked legit. When i looked to see on Wayfair website, there was nothing there that showed i ordered anything. i went back to the order form that was used to place the order and when i clicked on the about us tab, it was some completely different website and company name. I sent an email to that company they replied with, that isnt the only time that had happened in the past. So i called my credit card company to cancel that card. Explained to them what happened. Still waiting for my card company to credit my account. on my bank .account it is listed as Romorywsusd Sterling Co.
