Placed an order with "Waterwhale Co" on their website waterwhaleco.com on 07/04/2023. Order #1900, WaterWhale™ Inflatable Water Lounge. I paid $39.95 for an order I never received. I have emailed multiple times to [email protected] this is email is on their contact us page, they have not responded to any of my emails. I learned about this company from a tik tok ad. I want others to be aware of my unfortunate experience with this company.
