Ordered Adidas Samba shoes off of a TikTok ad. Ordered them September 1 & never received them. I emailed them multiple times & only got one response of a tracking number that never updates.

Ad was listed on TikTok, ordered some shoes, unaware that these shoes are actually posted on the Doc Martens website; I thought they were some custom made shoes, they were not. Sent me one generic email and never heard from them again.
