Received in the mail. a card that read Home Warranty Division top of one side and on the other at top County Deed Records Registration:ID B110BX00024

PIN 0423 mechanical systems expiration 5-9-2025 notice date 4-18-2025

Called the number - feeling it was a definite scam since there was no company name noted in the letter. Was very cautious in what I said. Asked for details on company - but was only given a description of their warranty service. Asked if they were associated with any company that Toyota might have used to handle their warranty and she repeated the description of services. Asked about cost and was told $195 initial fee plus about $30 per month for 3 years. She then immerdiately asked me to pay the $195 - to which I replied that I would never pay such fees without having received proper paperwork to review before even considering paying anything. She did not respond - to which I repeatred my request for paperwork. She noted that a copy would be emailed to me immediately. The call was then ended.
