Purchased in Jan. I've attempted numerous times to make contact. Once in a while I'd get a response of 2-3 processing, now going into March still no refund that I've requested numerous times to be done with this , still hasn't shipped still ignores my questions about my order. The last response I got was just ok but okay to what exacly?
