I was called and was offered for someone to purchase my home. I am looking to sell my home, but this is a company that will offer you a premium price. No fees for agent no repairs needed and they would not need to see the home before purchasing. Closing within 30 days. Once they found out that I Had a husband and he was also on the loan and that we are currently renting the home and have a property management company that watches the home never contacted me again. It’s very suspicious that they wanted to call me and continue to call me, but once they found out the above information, they stopped calling. Last time I talk to somebody, they said that they were going to come up with a price and present that to me within the day never called me again and this was on Monday three days later no call. Do not give these people any personal information birthdate Social Security number anything they are trying to scam people out of their homes. Want to sell now!
