Purchased online December 27, 2025. No update since, it provides a Shipping label number but doesn't exist. It gives a website for the shipping but won't take the information Shecurve provided. Since then no update has been available. Did the chat box and it also said the shipping information doesn't match any of their records. Contacted via email and no response. It is now January 13, 2026 and still no response. Also the phone number provided is invalid. This is a made up scamming company. Just stole money for a false product.
