Called claiming to be a private legal firm attempting to serve me with a lawsuit to garnish my wages and put a lien on my bank account. They said I either owned or co signed for a car loan that was either repossessed or surrendered but they were unable to provide me with the make model or year of the car. The only car loan I have had was through Ally financial but the caller stated that is not the loan they are suing me about. They had me verify my name birthday and address before I even got that information.
