Order placed around Feb 3 2026. Contacted company to follow up since it had been a few weeks since placed. Rep said it is still on its way. Tracking issues. Again followed up weeks later and was told not for product, just service to VIP club. Explain never order. Only a one time purchase, not month to month. When on phone said would handle. Still being billed today for a VIP service but charges say 30-d Money Back Guarantee. To date still no product shows delivered.
