Placed an order because website said made in the USA. But when I tracked the product, said coming from China. I immediately emailed support and told them that I did not want it. A man emailed me to reassure me it was logistics. It made no sense to me. Therefore, I requested a refund. I told him that I do not feel safe taking the product because of their deception. After further discussions in emails, the company agreed to give me a refund but would deduct 2 ebooks from the total which the web page said were Free!! I did not receive any ebooks nor did I download them. So I have requested a full refund. He sent me an address in California to return the product but I cannot find that location.
