I am a victim of a romance scam and elder finance abuse. In 10/2025 I met scammer TRAN NHAT MINH - He self identified widow, currently living in Canoga Park, CA, But at this time he is on business trip at New York, which is a supervisor on the platform VNEXCHANGE.ME. He said he loves me and wants to build a new life in USA. He uses the "buying house" story to pressure me send money to individuals at accounts on many different banks in Vietnam. On the platform shows profit 1,700,000 USD. When I try to withdraw money, they refused and ask me to send more money I did, but can not get. Then, the scammer cut the relationship. I think this a scam and report to police. I sent money via money transfer companies and wire transfer by banks since Nov 2025 until May 2026. I would like to submit to you. Thank you for protecting seniors in our community.
